Program Testimonials
For more than 17 years, Leadership Longmont has been educating, connecting, and inspiring leaders in Longmont. As a professional development course, students learn about their personal leadership style and how to efficiently use their skills. Here’s what the 2023 Leadership Longmont graduates had to say:
Leadership Longmont really opened my eyes to the process of making Longmont a better place and the commitment and dedication it takes to get there. Making change requires networking and group participation and advocating for a cause.
I truly have a better understanding of who to contact and the processes to make change in order for Longmont to continue to advance and grow. This was not a classroom setting, it was “real” life experience and has been so ever valuable and life changing.
The class helped me learn to network better. It also underscored how different people are in general and how leadership styles need to be dynamic to serve as many people as possible.
