Sponsorship Benefits Schedule
This Benefits Schedule serves as a comprehensive reference for all sponsorship investment levels offered by the Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce across its annual events and programs. It is included with every executed sponsorship agreement regardless of which events or programs a Sponsor has selected. The specific sponsorship(s) applicable to a Sponsor’s agreement are identified on the first page of their executed contract. Benefits described in this schedule apply only to the tier(s) and event(s) selected by the Sponsor and confirmed in the agreement. All investment levels and benefits are for the 2026 program year unless otherwise noted in the individual agreement. All sponsorship benefits are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Sponsorship Agreement. Customizations or modifications to the benefits described herein must be agreed upon in writing by both the Sponsor and Chamber staff and are not reflected in this document.

Annual Event Sponsorship Benefits
A.1 Unity in the Community
August 28, 2026
Longmont’s signature annual community festival bringing together residents, businesses, and nonprofits in the heart of downtown. The event draws thousands of attendees and offers high-visibility brand placement throughout the day.
Gold – $4,000
- Customized brand activation developed in collaboration with Chamber staff to meet your specific business goals
- Premier 10’ x 10’ booth space in a high-traffic area for maximum visibility
- Large logo placement on all event signage, collateral, and banners displayed prominently throughout the venue
- Logo featured prominently in all digital advertising and on the event website for sustained pre- and post-event exposure

Silver – $2,000

Leadership Longmont is a seven-month program that develops leaders who embody humility, curiosity, and compassion. Participants gain a behind-the-scenes understanding of the businesses, nonprofits, government, education institutions, and residents that shape Longmont.
Presenting – $10,000
- Exclusive recognition as Presenting Sponsor on all program materials
- Two (2) guaranteed seats in the Leadership Longmont program
- Opportunity to host a program development day (if relevant to your organization)
- Welcome participants at Orientation and Graduation ceremonies

B.2 Annual Committee Sponsorships
The Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce convenes regular committee meetings throughout the year, each dedicated to a specific community focus area or audience segment. Committee sponsorships offer year-round brand exposure among engaged, mission-driven groups of business professionals, civic leaders, students, and volunteers.
Ambassador Committee
Ambassadors are the Chamber’s most visible volunteer champions, active at ribbon cuttings, networking events, and member engagement initiatives throughout the year.
Sponsor $2000/quarter, $8,000/year
- Logo placement on breakfast invitations and all promotional materials
- Recognition by Chamber staff during the meeting
- Option to share a short welcome message with the group
- Direct connection with 30+ Ambassadors who represent the Chamber at community events
Public Policy Committee
Meets monthly to review and discuss issues affecting Longmont’s business community, including city, county, and state policy topics. The group makes recommendations to the Chamber Board on key advocacy priorities.
Annual – $3,000
- Logo placement on monthly agendas and digital invitations for all meetings
- Recognition at each committee meeting throughout the year
- Option to share a brief welcome message with the group once annually

Monthly – $350/month

Nexus Young Professionals (Nexus YP)
Builds community for professionals in their 20s and 30s through monthly mixers, volunteer service, and professional development events.
Annual – $2,500
- Logo placement on all Nexus YP promotions and event signage throughout the year

- Opportunity to host or co-host a Nexus YP event
Event – $250
- Logo placement on promotional materials for that month’s mixer

Chamber Student Network (CSN)
Connects Front Range Community College students with the local business community through student-led programming focused on leadership, career connections, and professional readiness.
Annual – $1,800
- Logo placement on CSN agendas and student event promotions throughout the year
- Recognition at all CSN meetings and events
- Opportunity to provide a welcome address or mentorship resources to students
Semester – $1,000
- Logo placement on CSN agendas and promotions for the semester
- Recognition at meetings and events during the sponsored semester
Education Committee
Bridges Longmont businesses with educators and students in the St. Vrain Valley School District, working on initiatives that prepare students for the workforce and strengthen business–education collaboration.
Annual – $5,000
- Logo placement on all committee communications and materials
- Recognition at committee meetings throughout the year
- Visibility in education-focused Chamber initiatives and programs
- Recognition as a champion for education and workforce development in Longmont
Women’s Networking Group
An all-women networking group open to Chamber members and non-members, meeting twice monthly. Each month features an outside speaker and member spotlight presentations, with annual giving back to a women-focused organization or scholarship.
Gold – $2,000/year
- Listed in all communications and presentation materials throughout the year
- Opportunity to introduce the featured monthly speaker at each meeting
- Recognition as the top-tier supporter of the Women’s Networking Group
Silver – $1,000/year
