“It was really valuable to be out of my work environment and in a space where I could consider leadership and management styles. It is rare to be able to step out of your world and into the space where you could observe/reflect on your own leadership. It sometimes feels like leadership is a "do" activity, and you have to stop doing it temporarily to learn more about it.”
Michelle Orge, class of 2016
“It was a truly remarkable experience for me, both from a business and personal experience. I anticipated that what I learned in the class would simply help me serve my clients at a deeper level, yet I gained so much more.” Mary Colwell, class of 2016
“I learned a lot about myself, other community members, agencies, organizations, and Longmont! I run into people I’ve met through Leadership Longmont. It is nice to know community leaders on a different level.” Barbara Hau, class of 2015
