2017-11-15 Best-Practices for Job-Site and Contractor-Safety Programs
Best-Practices for Job-Site and Contractor-Safety Programs Presented by Andrew Troccoli, www.anfeald.com This seminar’s focus is the application of specific best-practices designed to help owners and owner-representatives manage risks posed by contractors. It includes pre-qualification and safety at active job-sites. The discussion will occur on two parallel paths (owner and contractor) to help the facility and the contractor each understand the other’s perspective and to help them reach consensus on health and safety matters. This seminar is suitable for owners, owners’ representatives, safety coordinators, safety managers, safety officers, facility managers, utility managers, maintenance managers and others interested in learning more about working together with contractors to create a safe work environment during construction, remodels, equipment installations, facility and equipment maintenance, other construction-activities and service-activities such as HVAC work, fire-suppression system maintenance, roofing-repair and related activities. This seminar is also beneficial for owners, project managers, superintendents, foreman, leads and estimators working with general contractors, the trades, service firms and anyone else in the construction world that prefers to partner with their clients to create safe job-sites.
